Buffalo Wings with Ranch Dressing πŸ—πŸ”₯

There’s nothing better than crispy buffalo wings tossed in a spicy, buttery sauce and paired with cool ranch dressing. These wings are fried until golden and crunchy, then coated in Frank’s signature buffalo sauce for that perfect balance of heat and flavor. The result? Finger-licking good wings that are perfect for game day, parties, or just when you’re craving comfort food.

Ingredients

2 lbs chicken wings

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

1 tsp Maggi all-purpose seasoning

1 tsp Maggi chicken seasoning (or similar)

1 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

2 tbsp cornstarch

Oil for frying

½ cup Frank’s Buffalo Wing Sauce

2 tbsp butter

Ranch dressing (for serving)

Instructions

1. Season the wings: In a large bowl, coat the chicken wings with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, Maggi seasonings, olive oil, and chopped garlic. Cover and marinate overnight for the best flavor.

2. Crisp them up: Toss wings lightly in cornstarch. This step helps give them that extra crunch when fried.

3. Deep fry: Heat oil in a deep pot. Fry wings in small batches until golden brown and crispy. Place on a cooling rack to keep them crunchy.

4. Make the sauce: In a saucepan, melt the butter and stir in Frank’s Buffalo Wing Sauce until combined.

5. Coat and serve: Toss fried wings in the warm buffalo sauce. Serve hot with ranch dressing on the side.

✨ Tip: Keep the wings on a wire rack instead of paper towels after frying. This prevents them from steaming and sogging.
